In advance of the meeting, there is an opportunity to have a look around the Town Hall, meet some of the groups and organisations that call Forres Town Hall ‘home’ and see what plans and activities we have for the future between 4pm and 6pm. Refreshments will be served from 4pm.
Our Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 will be available on our website www.forresarea.org and at our office from 29th October 2018.
We currently have opportunities for individuals to join us as Board Members. If you are interested in becoming a Board Member of Forres Area Community Trust you can request a Board application pack from [email protected] or by calling 01309 674 388. Please note the closing date for completed applications is 9am on Thursday 8 November 2018.
If needed, an election will be held at the AGM. The information given on the nomination forms will be used to enable members to make an informed choice.
