A workshop lead by acclaimed Open Floor Movement Practice teacher Stacey Butcher.
Join us as we embark on a dynamic exploration of the truth that resides in our own body. Through movement, dance and mindful inquiry, we will journey below the stories about who we are and who we should be. Guided by a weave of the Open Floor Movement Practice and Somatic Experiencing principles, we will strengthen our skills to listen, track and follow our innate emotional intelligence, discovering how it speaks to us through sensation, textures and tones. From our practice on the dance floor, you will develop greater trust in your body’s natural intelligence that will enable you to live with more awareness, vitality and joy.
All levels of experience welcome.
