The café has a wonderful ethos of great food sourced locally and seasonally, and many of the ingredients used in the cafe are locally sourced. All baking is homemade on the premises and the fabulous chocolate fudge cake, gingerbread, and chocolate brownies are all gluten-free, whilst the fruitcake is both sucrose and dairy-free, making it suitable for diabetics
