The Joint Community Councils of Moray meet at regular intervals in Elgin to discuss items of concern to all Community Councils. As there is strength in numbers it is in the interests of your Community Council to have representatives at their meetings. It also enables you to engage with other Councillors in order to discover how they approach their problems to reach the common goal of bettering Communities. Our aim is to see two representatives from each of the Community Councils in Moray at the meetings.
